Refund policy

Ceramics:

I am unable to accept returns for ceramics, unless there is a flaw in your piece that was there when you received it, such as a crack. Please note that my works are 'perfectly imperfect' and therefore contain variation in glaze application and surface texture- these are intentional rather than flaws. I inspect them carefully to be sure there are no actual flaws, but occasionally I will miss something. Works that are seconds will be marked as such and priced accordingly, there is no refund for these pieces and I try to be as descriptive of the blemish as possible. I will not sell works as seconds unless they are 100% functional.  

I pack and inspect everything very carefully but because of the nature of the material, breakages sometimes happen. If your piece arrives broken, damaged or with an obvious unexplained flaw, email me within 3 days of receiving to arrange a replacement or store credit. 

To best care for your ceramics, hand washing is recommended.  

Singing bowls and Vintage Items:

We are unable to offer returns on antique singing bowls or any vintage items.

Textiles and Other items:

We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, we do not offer refunds at this time. Textiles and other items (excluding ceramics, vintage and antique singing bowls) may be returned within 7 days of receiving, provided piece is unused and in new condition, for a full store credit. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and a replacement item will not be dispatched until new shipping payment is received. Email us and we will be happy to talk to you.
